Luisanna Granillo

Who I Am...

My name is Luisanna Granillo and I have a passion for significance. In my life, I keep myself quite too busy changing the world. There are multiple hats that I wear on a regular day. One of them is me being a full time student majoring in Educational Studies and minoring in Youth Services Leadership at ASU and I fall in love with my chosen profession everyday. The other hat is me as a Site Manager for the America Reads program where I often discover something new about myself and capabilities. My third hat involves me as a Peer Leader where I teach an awesome TEL 101 course that makes me look forward to Thursday mornings. I am also interning as a digital curriculum designer where I am a part of an initiative that seeks to teach middle school students how to be entrepreneurs. Another important hat I wear is that of a daughter and older sister, where I ensure my family has the support they need to live their happy lives. These hats all contribute to what I like to consider my purpose, what allows me to feel fullfilled in life because I've made a real, positive difference in life - whether it's big or small. Aside from all these hats though there is another one I have most fun while wearing. I am also just Lu, an average 21 year old who loves life, art, helping others, Pinterest, reading, food, journaling, music, traveling, and discovering new things about the world.
