At this point, you should have successfully modified your introductory video in DaVinci Resolve and included all required elements. In this step, you will export your video from DaVinci Resolve to your computer’s desktop.
Follow the steps in the checklist below to export your video. The infographic to the left provides step by step screenshots of the exporting process.
Navigate to the “deliver” page on DaVinci Resolve
Using the horizontal scroll bar in the top left corner, scroll to the right until you see a red rectangle with a white arrow inside it. This is the Youtube export format.
Select “Youtube” and ensure MP4 format is checked.
Leave all other settings as they are.
In the "File Name" field, type in “Introduction Video."
In the Location field, click "Browse" and choose where it will be saved on your computer (Desktop is recommended for easy access)
Click "Save."
Click “Add to render queue” and the video will be ready to render.
Select the video clip to render and choose “render.”
Congratulations! You should now have an MP4 file titled "Introductory Video" on your desktop.
