Schedule your in-person photo session with GradImages at any of the ASU campuses on the following dates. All times are from 9 a.m - 5 p.m.
Downtown Campus: Nov. 17
West Campus: Nov. 18
Polytechnic Campus: Nov. 19
Tempe Campus: Nov. 20-22
Graduates can sign up to take photos at any campus location. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ups will be available based on availability and keeping with social distancing practices. Bring your cap and gown or favorite outfit. After the photo session, you will receive your photo proofs via email and can choose which one(s) you wish to purchase.

As you cross the stage during our graduation ceremony, there will be photos taken of you by GradImages. Graduates will receive a proof and price information directly from Grad Images shortly after the ceremony, along with a coupon code for a complimentary 5"x7" print. There is no obligation to make a purchase. Grad Images will contact you via email, so it is important that your email address is correct on the reader card you receive at the student lineup. Please review it carefully and make any necessary corrections before you cross the stage so that the photographer can reach you.
