In your "+1" year or the semester in which you formally start your MS degree, you can add the Semiconductor Processing certificate. There's a separate admissions application to add the certificate. The application has its own fee. Once admitted to the accelerated master's program, you can discuss the certificate further with your assigned 4+1 academic advisor.
Here are some important things to note:
Any 500-level courses taken during your undergraduate career cannot be shared with the certificate. Any required certificate courses must be completed in your "+1" year and can be shared with your MS degree through technical elective. Commonly, to have the greatest opportunity to share credit, doing a non-thesis track is encouraged.
You can find certificate required courses in the following check sheet. These are the courses to avoid taking in your senior year of the accelerated master's program: https://sites.google.com/asu.edu/semtegraduateresources/checksheets/certificates/semiconductor-processing-certificate
