To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following admissions criteria:
Have completed or are in the process of completing major core courses:
SEMTE Programs:
Aerospace (all concentrations): AEE 360, MAE 241, MAE 242, & MAE 301
Chemical: CHE 334 & CHE 342
Materials Science: MSE 330, MSE 355, & MSE 457
Mechanical (All concentrations): MEE 322, MAE 241, MAE 242, & MAE 301
Non-SEMTE Programs*:
Chemistry: CHM 346
Physics: PHY 311
Have earned or are in the process of earning 90 credit hours
Have a 3.5 ASU Cumulative GPA
You must be logged into your MyASU account to access the application.
** A graduate admissions application is not required as part of the initial application. Admitted accelerated master's students will receive a notification when it is time for them to submit the graduate admissions application. **
Submit three faculty recommendations. Two out of the three recommendations must be from SEMTE faculty (This can include lecturers and professors). One recommendation can be a professor from Fulton Engineering (they must have a professor title, lecturers cannot be used as a reference).
