Completion criteria

Each completion requirements for each level : 80% attendance rate
When the completion conditions are met, a certificate of completion (Beginner 1 to Advanced 5) and a certificate of completion (Advanced 6) are issued.
Special course grading criteria

Attendance policy

Attendance rate is determined by the ratio of the number of class hours attended to the total number of class hours.
Being late three times will be treated as one day of absence.
The following cases, attendance will be acknowledged upon submission of supporting documents.

a. When receiving hospital treatment or being hospitalized due to illness or accident (excluding cosmetic purposes, up to twice a month)

b. When attending a congratulatory or condolence event for yourself and your immediate family

c . When attending an official event of school/government/external organization

d. In case of other natural disasters

If you do not meet the completion requirements for each level, you will fail. In the case of failure, only a report card will be issued.
If your attendance rate for that semester is less than 60%, you will not be able to re-register for the next semester.
If you fail the same grade more than three times, you will not be able to re-enroll in the next semester.
If you are expelled due to 'reasons for expulsion', you cannot re-register.

If a student is absent without prior notice for more than 10 consecutive days, the student will be notified to the Immigration Office as a training suspension in accordance with the Immigration Control Act and registration will be cancelled.
In the following cases, a student may be expelled through deliberation by the aSSIST Academic Management Committee, and this student will not be able to re-enroll thereafter.

a. If you have received two warnings from aSSIST Korean Language Institute for disruptive or disruptive behavior in class

b. If you engage in activities that are not suitable for the purpose of your visa, such as unauthorized employment or part-time work.

c. In case of violence (physical/verbal), drug use, or behavior that causes psychological/physical harm to other students

d. In case of violation of other Korean laws
