Document verification takes about 2~3 days.
After confirming the payment of tuition fees, the 'Certificate of Admission' for D-4 visa issuance will be sent.
Please apply for the visa at the embassy or consulate abroad.
Following document review (online), original copies will be requested from successful applicants. Original documents must be submitted by mail.
Minimum Requirement
"Regardless of D-4 visa issuance, these are the documents that all applicants must submit:
Application Form and Study Plan (Download the application form ➡️)
Passport-sized Photo (attached to the online application form)
Copy of Passport
Copy of Final School Graduation Certificate and Transcript (For languages other than English, attach an English or Korean translation and a translator's confirmation)
Copy of both sides of Alien Registration Card (for holders)

For all documents, if not in English, please attach an English or Korean translation along with a translator's confirmation.
Bank Statement
Proof of an account in the applicant's name with USD 10,000 or more, or in the parents' name with a Family Relationship Certificate needed. Must be deposited for at least 6 months.
Only bank statements issued within 30 days of the application date are valid.
Submit a copy online, then send the original by mail upon request after document review.
Final School Graduation Certificate and Transcript
Requires an Apostille or authentication from a Korean embassy or consulate abroad (for countries not under the Apostille convention).
- Graduation certificate> Notarization in the respective country > Apply for an Apostille
- After notarizing the original document, submit an additional English or Korean translation.
Only certificates issued within 90 days of the application date are valid.

Tuberculosis Diagnosis Certificate
Issued by a tuberculosis diagnosis hospital designated by the embassy or consulate abroad (applicable to students from the following 19 countries):
China, Sri Lanka, Russia (Federation), Uzbekistan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, East Timor, Kyrgyzstan, Laos."

Tuition
1,750,000 won per semester (10 weeks).
Tuition includes all field trips, cultural experience fees, and textbook costs.
Admission fee (60,000KRW) & insurance fee (45,000KRW) is not included.
To issue a general training visa (D-4), students pay tuition for 6 months (2semester) and the students from Mongolia, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan must pay tuition for one year (4 semesters) upon initial registration. If you withdraw from training midway, you can receive a refund for tuition fees for the remaining period. However, only those who have TOPIK level 3 and SKA intermediate level 1 or higher can register for 6 months.
