Through a partnership with Global Mentorship Initiative, you can benefit from a 1-to-1 online mentorship with a volunteer mentor, to prepare you for your first professional career. 

To be eligible you must:

• Be proficient in English or French

• Have access to a video capable PC with a stable internet, not just a smartphone

• Complete degree or certificate program within 2 years of application or has completed a degree or certificate program and is still searching for first career job

• Have less than 3 years of professional job experience

• Be a first-generation college student or qualifies/qualified for educational financial aid
