Extended Leadership Program

The Extended Leadership Program has moved.

ELP Pathways now lives on the Engage portal — your centralized hub for free resources, curated content, and partner opportunities across three tracks: Career Development, Entrepreneurship, and Higher Education & Research.

If you graduated before the 2025 Cohort 5, you should have received an invitation to activate your Engage access. Need help getting in? Email the Aspire team.
