From speaking with our community, we know that trauma is highly misunderstood, and we often find it hard to explain how our experiences impact our day-to-day lives. If you sometimes struggle to express what’s going on in your brain, Mind Craft can help you to visualise your thought patterns, articulate your lived experience, and showcase your identity. Designed for domestic abuse survivors, over four sessions, we will support you in exploring your mental health, your past, and how to shape a more realised future.

From speaking with our community, we know that many neurological conditions are highly misunderstood, and we often find it hard to explain how they impact our day-to-day lives. If you sometimes struggle to express what’s going on in your brain, Mind Craft can help you to visualise your thought patterns, articulate your lived experience, and showcase your identity. The workshop is designed by practitioners with lived experience for those whose brains work differently (neurodivergent, mental health conditions, learning differences, etc).
