We are a community interest company based in the West Midlands. We develop and deliver projects around understanding your mind, your money, and finding your purpose. We listen to communities, and then build experiences around them.
We work with local authorities, statutory services, housing associations, education settings, non-profit organisations, and more to bring tailored programmes for defined communities.
We deliver community-based mental health services through wellbeing support, one-to-one therapy, group sessions, and psychological education. Including:
Supported 400+ young adults in West Midlands with free person-centred therapy (in partnership with Home Office, Violence Reduction Teams, Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Sandwell Public Health).
Provided mental wellbeing support to 10,000 households of a housing association in East + South East of England.
Won the award of ‘Outstanding Service Provider 2023’ for the Black Country Impact Programme providing support for individuals out of work.
Provide psychological support for workers who experience adverse effects from whistleblowing to reduce symptoms of trauma and distress.

I work with individuals who would like to talk about what is going on in their lives at the moment. Before I trained as a counsellor, I worked as a social worker working with children, and families, so I have a lot of experience with social difficulties that may impact you in adulthood. I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I am trained in a variety of approaches and adapt my practice to meet your needs, including Person Centered Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, Hypnotherapy, and bereavement support.
