Héctor Luis Acevedo is currently a Professor of Electoral and Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico and a Professor Emeritus at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. A prolific author and editor of 20 books, he has served as a guest lecturer at prestigious institutions including Harvard, Princeton, and Oxford
