Ten students had the opportunity to participate in an ‘Electoral Verificatón’ hosted by Newtral in Madrid. The seniors had to go through an application process and then were trained virtually on the verification process. On September 11 at 2:00 A.M. at the Newtral newsroom, students watched the live debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and her Republican rival, Donald Trump where they had to review candidates’ statements and verify their accuracy.
