This bootcamp course is spread over 6 saturdays.
The first three Saturdays focus on bioinformatics, covering software carpentry, DNA sequencing data analysis, and RNA sequencing experiments. The latter three Saturdays delve into mathematical and computational modeling, exploring phenomenological models, compartmental models, and agent-based models.
