Registration

Due to logistical constraints, participation in this conference will be by invitation only. A registration page is now open. See the information given below.

Registration fees: 

1. Faculty members from Indian institutes / universities need to pay INR 3,000 each as registration fee (including 18% GST),

2. Invited members from universities / institutes aboard need to pay USD 38 each as registration fee (including 18% GST and international bank transfer charges)

3. Students / Postdocs affiliated to Indian institutes / universities need not pay any registration fees. 

The registration fees will cover conference materials, accommodation and meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with tea/coffee during the conference days. 

Due to budget constraints, we won't be able to support travel expenses of any participant. 

Registration details: 

All participants are requested to fill in the registration form sent through email latest by August 5 (Monday), 2024. Kindly respect the deadline to fill the form as the information gathered are essential for finalizing the schedule of the programme. 

To pay the registration fees, one requires to provide an "Application Number". Each participant will be assigned one such number and it will be conveyed to you through email.
