Accommodation

The faculty members will be accommodated in Leela Grand Resort in Murthal (15 minute drive from Ashoka University). Note that Check-in time is 2 p.m. and Check-out time is 12 noon at this resort. Ashoka Shuttle will be provided to pick up the participants in the morning and drop them off at night after dinner. 

All students and Postdoctoral fellows will be accommodated at the IIT Delhi Sonipat Campus Guest House. Ashoka University has regular (at intervals of 15 minutes) free shuttle services to and fro IIT Delhi Sonipat Campus throughout the day. Above all, IIT Delhi Sonipat Campus is at a 7 to 10 minute walking distance (on an almost traffic-less road) from Ashoka University Campus. 

Faculty members will be given single accommodations whereas PhD students and Postdocs will be accommodated in shared rooms.
