On-Campus Housing Options

Ashland University has housing options for all students. Student housing options at Ashland University give students a sense of belonging and immersion into the campus culture. From exciting on-campus activities, to benefits such as around-the-clock safety and maintenance, student housing allows students to focus on academics and develop your lifestyle. The options range from apartment style accommodations for seniors to living/learning communities and a variety of room configurations (e.g., single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy).

Important Notes:

  • All students under the age of 22 are required to live on campus.
  • All dorms are co-ed, except Clark hall (females only).
  • Every floor has a Resident Assistant (RA) who acts as a campus resource, who plans floor programs, and who enforces university policy. Talk to your RA!
  • Each hall on campus also has a Hall Council, a student driven group that plans programs for the hall and recommends changes and upgrades for facilities and policies within the hall. Each Hall Council President automatically serves on Student Senate.
