For all Job Freedoms, the base pay is $40,000 with the option to sign up for health, dental and vision insurance as well as paid time off.

Agents will be able to take draws from the $40,000 until sales commissions begin. 

Commissions will not be paid until all draws are paid back.

All commissions will be paid when the project payment is received.

Additionally, any referral to other sales people or Project Manager will be paid a 10% of the total commisison paid on that project.
