PAY RATE

@ 29% Gross Profit:

Commission Rate: 1% of Gross Sales

@ 30% to 33% Gross Profit:

Commission Rate: Increases by 1% for every 1% increase in Gross Sales

@ 34% to 39% Gross Profit:

Commission Rate: Increases by 1/3 of a percent (.33%) for every 1% increase in Gross Sales

@ 40% or higher Gross Profit:

Commission Rate: For every 1% increase in Gross Profit, the agent gets an additional 50% of the Gross Profit percentage commission.
