@ Base Gross Profit (10%):
Commission Rate: 1.5% of Gross Sales
@ 11% to 30% Gross Profit:
Commission Rate: Increases by 1/4 of a percent (0.25%) for every 1% increase in Gross Sales
@ 31% or higher Gross Profit:
Commission: 50 / 50 spl;it on every percent over 30% Gross Profit.
