It is the College Board admission test for universities in Latin America. Each institution requires you to take it's own PAA (i.e. one for TEC, one for UDEM)
TEC will accept revalidated SAT scores in place of the PAA. Please contact their admissions rep to obtain the revalidated (converted to PAA equivalent) score.
UDEM will accept SAT scores to revalidate in place of the PAA.
Other Latin American universities also require the PAA/SAT for admission.

Why you should take the SAT?
SAT - It is the College Board admission test for universities in North America, Canada and parts of Europe.
It is recommended that ALL students take the SAT, even if they are certain that they plan to attend local universities. Why? You have studied math in English, and vocabulary and word problems will be more familiar.
When you take the SAT instead of the PAA, your score gets converted by the local university. The conversion adds a certain amount of points to your SAT score to become a PAA scores.
It is DEFINITELY worth it to take the SAT instead of the PAA.
