Information Sessions
THERE ARE NO INFORMATION SESSIONS CURRENTLY SCHEDULED
Information sessions are designed to provide the applicant with a full understanding of the mission and academic programming at the Academy for Science and Design. We strongly recommend that the applicant attend one of the sessions. These sessions are the only available times applicants are invited to tour the school. Due to capacity, we ask that ONLY 1 parent/guardian accompany the applicant to these sessions.
In-person Information Sessions
ASD will be offering in-person information sessions located at our school building (9 Townsend West). Each session will include a presentation and tour.
Students applying for 5th or 6th grade are asked to enter the Mod D lobby (last entrance on the right).
Students applying for 7th-12th grade are asked to enter at the Mod A lobby (last entrance on the left).
Pre-registration is required for all sessions.
We kindly ask that each student attend with ONE parent/guardian. If you have multiple students applying, we recommend having a parent/guardian attend with each applicant.

Zoom Information Sessions
ASD will be offering a zoom session for those who cannot attend either of the in-person information sessions. The zoom session will be recorded and uploaded to the website after completion.
5th-6th grade zoom session November 19, 2024 (6:00-6:45pm) - REGISTRATION CLOSED
7th-12th grade zoom session November 19, 2024 (7:00-7:45pm) - REGISTRATION CLOSED
An email containing the zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the morning of the scheduled session.
