NOW Accepting Applications for the 2026-2027 Academic Calendar Year
Students applying for grades 9-12, there are THREE parts to the admissions application including the online form, paper packet, and a REQUIRED MEETING with an admissions counselor. Both the online and paper forms are required to be submitted before the application will be considered complete.
Part 1 - Online

You will be prompted to Create an Account or Sign In (if existing ASD family).
You may save your application at any time and return at a later time to complete it.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming that the online portion of the application is complete.

Applications may be dropped off at the ASD building main lobby Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.
There is an applications drop box located outside of the building in front of the main entrance labeled ADMISSION APPLICATIONS ONLY. This is always available.
No faxed or emailed copies are permitted.
Part 3 - Required Meeting
All applicants applying for grades 9 -12 and at least one parent/guardian MUST meet with an ASD admissions counselor as part of the application process.
ASD has rigorous graduation requirements (see Program of Studies).
A review is necessary to make sure an applicant can expect to graduate within a suitable time frame. The meeting is required before an application will be considered complete.

ASD requires five years of high school-level math in order to graduate. Applicants must have successfully completed (with a grade of 80% or higher) the minimum course listed below, based on the grade level they are applying to, prior to August 1, 2026, in order to graduate on their current timeline.
Minimum math course completed by entry grade:
9th Algebra 1
10th Geometry
11th Algebra 2
12th Precalculus
The deadline for applicants to be eligible for the admission lottery is Monday, December 15, 2025 @ 1pm.
We do accept applications throughout the year. Applicants that complete the application after the lottery deadline will be added to the waitlist in the order that the two-part completed application is received.
