Welcome to ASD's Project SEARCH Anchorage at Providence Alaska Medical Center

The Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that takes place entirely at the workplace. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations. The program culminates in individualized job development.

Based on a nationally recognized program, Project SEARCH is an innovative employment program. Project SEARCH has grown from one original program site at Cincinnati Children's to over 600 programs both domestic and international. Project SEARCH's primary objective is to secure competitive employment for people with disabilities.
