Nickie Moose Scholarship Application will be posted by February 1st and due early March each year.

Please download and print the document for your athletes. We also recommend emailing the file directly to any interested athletes for their convenience.

Athletes should use a PDF editor to complete the application form electronically.  Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
