Clients who are eager to learn new skills, transform their habits, and reconnect with their joyful inner being. Past clients have provided feedback that they were able to "reconnect with parts of themselves they thought were lost forever," "stop behaviors that had held them from acheiving their goals for years," and "learn skills that help them navigate stressful situations in ways they never knew were possible."
The first part of the session we will check in about the week, establish rapport and safety, and review progress made since last session.
We then move to identifying areas for focus such as trauma reminders, body image, eating disorder behaviors, extreme coping, unhelpful thoughts, productivity, relationships, anxiety or depression.
Finally we will explore various goals and identify relevant interventions to assist with achieving desired outcomes until the next session.
All sessions are held via Google Meet. You must be residing in the State of New York in order for us to schedule a session. Please ensure you have access to a reliable internet connection. Ideally you should also find a quiet comfortable place where you can be undisturbed and are able to speak freely. We will use the HIPAA secure Google Meet platform. This can be accessed through any web browser. The link will be sent to your email address in reminder emails and attached to your calendar invite.

45 minute sessions do still allow for progress! These sessions are more convenient for those with tight schedules (and/or budgets) and still allow plenty of time to connect and explore various themes.
90 minutes allows for full exploration of topics that lead to a more robust sense of peace and accomplishment.
Anecdotally, sessions that have been tested to "run over" have always seemed to have a natural conclusion at around 90 minutes.
Scientifically, 90 minutes is the average amount of time that the brain cycles through its ultradian rhythm. See the following link for more information about how to use this knowledge to increase productivity:
Sessions are $150 for 45 minute session and $250 for 90 minute sessions. I use Square to process payments safely and securely. This also permits me to save your payment details and charge you for sessions as they occur if you would like me to do so.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session unless in case of medical or other emergency to avoid 1/2 price charge. If we are able to reschedule the missed session within the week, there will be no cancellation charge.
