I am a passionate Clinical Social Worker licensed in the both New York and Maine, with 6 years of experience providing therapy to clients with trauma and eating disorders. I feel so unbelievably grateful to be able to hold space for clients as they discover their innate strenghts and capabilities ... and I look forward to meeting you!

Do you have trouble sleeping, eating or focusing?
Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, irritability, nightmares, flashbacks?
What about engaging in substance use, eating disorders, or self-harm?
Are you preoccupied with weight, body image or diet?
Are you restricting, binging, purging, or using laxatives?
Are you only willing to eat certain foods and afraid of eating "the wrong thing?"
Trauma and Eating Disorders are often co-occurring. By treating them simultaneously we are attempting to heal both the underlying issue, and the resulting symptoms.
Along the way we will also delve into the other essential elements of functioning such as sleep, body image, relationships, sexuality, work, productivity, motivation, spirituality and creativity to ensure a holistic approach.
Virtual sessions reduce costs and time spent commuting and allow you to fit sessions around your busy life. You are able to get comfortable in your own space and are more likely to associate session material with your own life rather than with a therapy office.
The brain operates in 90 minute cycles. I offer the option to extend my usual 45 minute session time to 90 minutes in order to unpack and sort through material in alignment with our brain's natural preferences.
