OUR SCHOOL
Welcome to Stuartfield School
Stuartfield School has a roll of approximately 139 children from Primary 1 to Primary 7. At present the school has 6 primary classes. We do not have a Nursery setting within the school, however, we have close links with our partner provider Nursery in Stuartfield. A strong sense of community is something that we are proud of at Stuartfield School.
The Head Teacher leads a team of Teachers and PSAs. We have a strong and committed team with a wide range of expertise and skills that enjoy working with the learners at our school.
The school has a very supportive Parent Council, Stuartfield Family & School Partnership, which is actively engaged in supporting us to improve the school enabling close and positive links with the wider parent forum. A variety of school wide events provide valuable opportunities for our parents and carers to be involved in our school life as well as the wider community.
Strong links are established with our Collegiate School Group and other Aberdeenshire Council schools, educational support services and the wider community.
Every session the school works towards a set of School Improvement Priorities which focus on providing high quality learning, teaching and assessment for our learners, to ensure they develop the necessary skills for learning, work and life. These priorities are detailed in our Standards & Quality Improvement Plan which can be found below for this session.
