You achieve your Award by completing a personal programme of activities in four sections (five if you're going for Gold) –

1. Volunteering,

2. Physical,

3. Skills,

4. Expedition

5. and for Gold, a Residential. 

The best bit is - you get to choose what you do!

And it may be things you are already doing!
