CEOP

CEOP help children stay safe online. If anybody acts inappropriately towards you or another child or young person online (such as sexual chat, or being asked to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable); you can report it on the website.


Young Minds

Young Minds is an online resource to support young people with their mental health. They also provides free, 24/7 text support for young people across the UK experiencing a mental health crisis.

STOPP App

This is a technique you can use any place and at any time that allows us to gain some distance between distressing thoughts and feelings, reduce the physical reaction of emotion/adrenaline at times of high stress, and helps us to find some calm to help us think more logically and rationally.

Breathing Space

Breathing Space offers a free, confidential, phone and webchat service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.


Young Scot

The Young Scot National Entitlement Card (Young Scot NEC) is free of charge to 11-26-year-olds living in Scotland. Use it for money off the things you love, exclusive rewards, Proof-of-Age and much more.
