About the CARE Program
Most recently, ARUS Consulting has parterned with the CARE program through EOC. Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers. Starting in August of 2022, we have been able to start working with this amazing program and we are excited to be a part of such a great cause and opportunity for our community.

Similar to a miles-per-gallon rating for the auto industry, the Home Energy Score is based on a standard assessment of energy-related assets to easily compare use across the housing market. After receiving an energy efficiency assessment from ARUS Consulting, your home report will include your home's energy score to help you navigate the potential opportunities to increase your home's efficiency.
