Robert is a proud veteran and owns and operates his company ABR Inspections, LLC doing residential and commercial inspections, along with radon, mold, and asbestos testing. Robert has been working in the Efficiency Works program since 2016 and conducts some of our residential assessments on top of running his own business and helps customers navigate home efficiency improvements. Many of his repeat clients are single family residence builders, commercial investors, real estate agents, and many more of northern Colorado's residents!

Chance began his journey with ARUS in November of 2022. He is originally from South Florida, moved to Colorado for this opportunity to work with ARUS. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University, he has also obtained BPI certifications and focuses on Efficiency Works Assessments. In his spare time Chance enjoys skiing and hiking at high altitudes with his wife Chloe. His passion lies in aiding people in transforming their homes into the most efficient and environmentally friendly spaces possible.

I was born and raised in Washington before moving to Colorado to attend Colorado State University, where I spent six years earning my degree in Liberal Arts and Business. After that, I returned home to Washington and worked in administration and with kids, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced, people-focused environments. A few months ago, I made my way back to Colorado for a fresh change of pace—and I’m excited to be here.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside with my puppies (and occasionally my kitten), soaking up the fresh air and sunshine. I also love traveling with my family—exploring new countries, experiencing different cultures, and always chasing the next adventure.

Originally from Kansas, I recently made my way back to beautiful Colorado — and it truly feels like coming home. I'm a proud mom, a live music lover, and someone who leads with heart in everything I do. I’m always up for an adventure, whether that means exploring a new city, discovering great music, or planning my next getaway. Travel has taught me to stay curious, flexible, and open — qualities I carry into both my personal and professional life. In my work, I’m all about showing up with consistency, kindness, and a can-do attitude. I care deeply about people and take pride in creating meaningful connections, both in the professional world and in everyday life.

TJ was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to camp with his wife, daughter (9) and son (6). TJ has experience working in the HVAC industry for 21 years at his grandfather's and father's companies. He started his journey in the inspection industry in 2022 and is excited to continue helping homeowners and helping them solve problems within their homes.

Cameron commenced his employment with ARUS Consulting in May of 2023. Born and raised in Brighton, Colorado, he later migrated northward, earning his Bachelor's in History and Education from the University of Northern Colorado. 

He currently resides in Greeley with his wife Baileigh, he also serves as the Associate Pastor of Church of All Nations. His role within the team involves the CARE program, funded through Energy Outreach of Colorado. He eagerly anticipates contributing to the enhancement of energy efficiency in NoCo, ensuring homes are comfortable regardless of the unpredictable Colorado weather.

Jackson began his employment with ARUS in April, 2025. Originally from Northeast Florida, Jackson moved to Colorado to start a career as an energy efficiency consultant. He has previous experience in the construction industry as a plumber and has a passion for improving home comfort and safety across Northern Colorado. When he isn’t working Jackson enjoys working with volunteer trail maintenance crews and hiking in alpine environments.

Scott Suddreth has been teaching building science and home performance contracting for over 25 years. As the Director, he manages the training center focusing on the latest technologies and the industry's best practices. 

Ben was born and raised just outside Denver, CO. He grew up with a passion for nature and was inspired by the beauty of the state of Colorado. He refined that passion into a Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins but developed a new interest in clean energy and efficiency. He was able to explore this interest and his passion for nature by pursuing building science and helping homeowners transition to cleaner and more efficient homes. He is starting his family in Fort Collins and wants to continue making an impact in his community. He is excited to grow in this industry and make an impact on northern Colorado's carbon footprint.

I’m Sarah, a Colorado native born and raised in Estes Park. I bring over 20 years of customer service experience, nearly 2 years in the solar industry, and have a strong reputation as a dependable, jack-of-all-trades ready to learn something new every day. 

Outside of work I'm a proud mother of three amazing kids. I love music, writing, painting, camping, soaking up the sun, or relaxing by a fire under the stars with plenty of fresh air.
