Morphology (Waterfall)
20 x 26 inches
Pen and ink on paper
$500
This pen and ink drawing starts with an abstracted orange waterfall at the top of the drawing that turns into a blue waterfall at the midpoint of the drawing and flows to the bottom. The sections of orange water morph into orange, blue, and brown birds that are set free from the waterfall to fly through the air at the top of the drawing. The sections of the orange waterfall that did not escape morph into poisonous fire ants as they drift through the blue portion of the waterfall. Some of the fire ants turn from orange to blue as they reach the bottom.
