How We Work

 UASCA operates through a multi-layered structure:

• Founding Members – guide strategic direction

• Board – provide insight, mentorship, and amplification

• Working Groups – collaborate on specific projects

• Individual members – join and launch collaborative projects

• Friends - informational members staying connected to updates and events

Responsibility and reciprocity flow through all levels, creating an ecosystem where every member contributes to, and benefits from, the whole. UASCA is hosted by Artists for Climate Awareness (ACA), a 501(3) (c.)
