Harin Song has explored choreographic techniques that intersect and express different temporalities in one space. The artist has created duet dances composed by overlapping two solo dances, focusing on the special spatiality and connectivity between the dancers. Representative works are <Pas de Deux (2016)>, <Eclipse (2020)>. Specifically, the artist suggests to viewers that this composition is a new form of “seeing.” Working as a teaching artist at Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture since 2018, the artist has shared her perspective on the image and movement of the body with the youth. Recent work is a research project, <Research for ubiquitous movement education (2020)> based on the artist’s recent interest in the interaction between everyday space environment and body movement.
<Chamber Dance, Dance Chamber>
<Chamber Dance, Dance Chamber> is a media performance with two sections. As the title suggests, each section is a chamber with a special character and a dance performed within specific conditions of the space at the same time.
Section 1 is a duet that choreographs the spatial harmony between the two. It aims to experiment with what kind of relationship the media and the performer can build, and whether the media and the performer could be given equal status from the perspective of the audience.

Section 2 is a virtual quartet composed of the visitors’ viewing behavior. This space consists of four media, and the three performers in the media create various changing factors in non-continuous screens. The viewer can naturally move their body or proceed by following these elements with their eyes.
