Team Plyder (a combination word of play and collider) consists of 4 members: Chanhyeok Kim (School of Visual Arts), Seonho Park (School of Visual Arts), Taerim Yoon (School of Music), and Park Lee-Hyeon (School of Film, TV&Multimedia). They met at Unmake Lab’s workshop <Unconventional Drawing: From Atom to Vitro> and share an interest in the various games they used to play with their friends in the alley in childhood (thread-knitting, picking the ground, baby room). The play they chose includes a basic interaction structure that draws out a physical response and a social consensus, the rule of play. By adding a wearable device that generates sound in the setting of the play, Team Plyder encourages the members playing to change the rules of the game they are used to.
