- The Trustees of Reservations (MA) offers many online garden- and nature-related events through the summer. (Free)
- Mass Audubon (MA) has many downloadable activity sheets and ideas for outdoor areas to visit. (Free)
- The Hitchcock Center has summer offerings for children and families. (Donation and/or registration fees apply)
- The United States Botanic Garden (DC) offers a coloring book--great for quiet time-- that includes carnivorous plants, desert plants, Jurassic-era plants, and more. (Free; printing required)
