Why did you decide to join Student Government?

I wanted to join because I had heard great things from my friends who were doing it, and I wanted to get involved with the AHS Community! Once I joined, I could see it was an amazing way to make positive change at AHS and a really great group of people.

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

I decided to join student council to gain confidence and connect with the AHS community.

I joined Student Council in order to give back the community that has given me so much.

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

I joined Student Government so that I could play an active role in creating meaningful social experiences for my class and contributing to an engaing, fun, and inclusive school environment.

Outside of Student Government I enjoy baking, playing volleyball, doing high jump, listening to music, and traveling.

What is a goal you hope to achieve in the future?

In the future I hope to travel the world, potentially work in the United Nations, and continue helping those around me and making meaningful long lasting connections.

I love the positive impact that student council, whether it be through event planning or recognition efforts. I also enjoy working with others, which is a large part of stuco!

What is a goal you hope to achieve in the future?

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

To try and create a sense of community and stability during a time in our lives that can be extremely challenging and isolating.

Skiing, hiking, and spending time with my parents.

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

I decided to join Student Government after deciding to challenge my leadership and organization skills. I knew that by joining Student Government I would be able to expand my leadership and organizational skills and better manage my time. 

What are some things you like to do outside of Student Government?

 Outside of my role in Student Government, I enjoy practicing violin and listening to different kinds of music. I also enjoy creating pottering and working with clay.

I wanted to make a difference in the school and I also wanted to increase school spirit.

 I love playing sports I'm on a varsity swim and varsity crew, I also love to sing, play the guitar and play the piano. I also love giving back to the community and I often do community service at MGH in the oncology department.

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

I decided to join Student Government in order to improve my ability to collaborate with others, as well as enhance my communication skills. I also love organizing and planning events!

Why did you decide to join Student Government?

In my first year as a teacher, the Student Council advisor retired, pointed at me, and said "You're It!"  That was back in 1993, believe it or not.  I have enjoyed working with student leaders ever since.  I love it when the school comes together as a community, and I believe that the Student Council plays a critical role in making that happen in all kinds of ways.

 Running; playing guitar and bass.
