Solution: Check if the printer is connected and has paper and ink. Restart the printer and kiosk if necessary.
"Wrong Paper" - Sometimes the printer will change the paper weight. This is a bug within the printer software that we are trying to resolve. In the meantime, there is a work-around that will get it back to printing. You will need to change the paperweight to a different weight, then change the weight back to the correct number.

Follow these steps below or in the video above to update your printer settings:
On the printer touchscreen, go to Paper Settings.
If you're using 20 lb bond paper (common office paper), change the paper type:
From "Plain 2" (default for heavier paper)
To "Plain 1" (17 lb bond paper)
Next, return to the main menu on the touchscreen.
Tap "Menu."
Select "Function Settings."
Tap "Printer."
Choose "Printer Settings."
Select "Prioritize Driver Settings When Printing."
Adjust the tray settings:
Turn OFF Multi-Purpose Tray and select "Apply."
Turn ON Drawer 1 and select "Apply."
Return to the home screen—your settings are now updated, and you're good to go!
