ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Executive Board Officers
The Executive Board Officers is composed of President, Vice President (Internal and External), Executive Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Public Relation Officer, and Commissioner General.
The stated positions in the Executive Board are selected to supervise a committee.
The stated positions in the Executive Board are the highest governing department in the organization. They shall be the main decision-making officers in the organization and the student members under BS Tourism Management.
The stated positions shall be responsible for the formulation and development policies for all the BS Tourism Management Students.
The stated positions shall be responsible to call a meeting to all Arellano University Tourism Management Society - Andres Bonifacio Campus officers.
The stated positions have the power to require all Arellano University Tourism Management Society - Andres Bonifacio Campus members to attend and participate in the activities that will be conducted by the Arellano University Tourism Management Society - Andres Bonifacio Campus Officers.
The stated positions especially the President has the power to appoint to make a committee heads that is needed.
The stated positions has the power to monitor the organization’s performance by the means of its activity evaluations, and campus curricular, co-curricular or extra-curricular performance.
Legislative Board Officers
The Legislative Board shall initiate steps in the promulgation of the subjects in his/her department. A set of Legislative Officers consist of Board Members governing different committees and subunit for the development of curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular performance of the officers, and students under the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. The Legislative Department is under the supervision of the President.
The Legislative Officers composed of Board Members that represents different committees of functions, which are:
Committee for Community, and Cultural Affairs
Committee for Events and Competitions Management
Committee for Layout and Marketing
Committee for Research
It also includes the Student Consultant
Committees
Committees represent different aspects of organizational and non-organizational belongingness of Arellano University Tourism Management Society – Andres Bonifacio Campus. The committees aim to develop the growth of organization, and the students’ civic engagement.
Committee for Community and Cultural Affairs is expected to conduct community development programs such as outreach programs, gift giving programs, and donation programs for students who are in need and the community. The Committee for Community and Cultural Affairs aims to promote positive culture among the Arellano University Tourism Management Society – Andres Bonifacio Campus officers and students of BS Tourism Management students, following the Core Values of Arellano University (CHIEFS)
Committee for Events and Competitions Management is established to ensure that events and competitions that the Arellano University Tourism Management Society – Andres Bonifacio Campus’ created or participated is well-organized.
Committee for Layout, Graphics, and Marketing is assigned for the creation of different visual materials, graphic contents, text-based publications, and marketing collaterals of the organization or of the department, if needed.
Committee for Research and Captions provides caption for publication materials to be posted on social media to increase interaction with the people for the event.
Student Volunteers
Arellano University Tourism Management Society – Andres Bonifacio Campus Volunteers are expected to be the organization’s helping hand, it means that the volunteers shall help/assist or join the organization in the execution of the student activities either online or face-to-face. AUTMS-Pasig Volunteers are not identified as a formal officers of the organization but rather they are recognized as members, and shall not be involved in any decisions that the organization will make whether it is under the concern of:
a. students
b. department
c. organization
