Running: Going for a run/jog in a nearby park or backyard if it's big enough. If you have a dog you could always take it with you. If you have siblings you could also have races with them. Catching: There are lots of ways to catch a frisbee depending on what height and direction it is coming towards you from. One of the main ones however is called the crocodile catch. The video link provided call the crocodile catch a clap catch instead.
