Creating a Respectful, Safe, and Harassment-Free Workplace – Free from Bullying, Discrimination, and Misconduct
To ensure all employees have a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment—free from sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and any form of misconduct—supported by clear procedures, accessible resources, and effective reporting channels.
Conduct Awareness Sessions for all new onboarding — including interns, apprentices, daily workers, outsourced staff, casual staff, and employees — and report it in the L&D monthly report.
Conduct Yearly Refresher Training on workplace safety, harassment prevention, and related topics — and report it in the L&D monthly report.
Complete the Onboarding Checklist Form and place it in the employee’s file together with their contract agreement.
Report Any Case of harassment, bullying, or misconduct to the corporate team immediately.
Maintain Confidentiality — all cases received must be kept strictly confidential.
Ensure a Safe Workplace — Hotel Leaders and HR must actively safeguard the workplace from harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of misconduct.
