Our Learning and Development Team has devised a customized Cross Training Program for our employees and a Management Cross Exposure Program for our leaders, both based on the 70+20+10 Learning Platform.

Our Cross-Training program cultivates department collaboration for staff growth. Led by Department Heads, it involves structured 40-hour training, documentation, and evaluations. Emphasizing HR development, it fosters teamwork and growth, concluding with a Cross Training Certificate upon completion.
The Cross-Training program promotes inter-hotel staff development through departmental exposure. Led by Department Heads, it involves a structured 40-hour training, fostering collaboration and skills across units. Clear procedures ensure objectives are set, trainees are briefed, and costs are agreed upon. Assessments lead to a Cross Training Certificate, enhancing staff skills and inter-hotel cooperation.
The Managerial Cross Exposure Program (MCEP) provides department heads and assistants vital exposure to diverse hotel departments in a 24-week, 192-hour intensive training within their workplace. Mandatory for all heads, it involves collaborative scheduling, thorough documentation, GM/HM approvals, and evaluations, emphasizing adept leadership across departments within our hotel operations
ABOUT the Program
The Archipelago Management Development Program (AMDP) comprises an Internal Managerial Cross Exposure Program (MCEP) within hotels and an External AMDP at Sister Properties post-MCEP completion. Open to eligible managers and key personnel, the AMDP fosters comprehensive skill development and strategic thinking, guided by GM mentorship, preparing future leaders for challenges within the Archipelago. Hotel Leaders' quarterly enrollment, unless RGM-approved, integrates into the audit, fortifying our talent pool for future leadership roles, and ensuring continuous career growth and a robust leadership team.
