If the student uses TTP’s Core Plus online prep program and attempts the exam at least twice within 6 months and does not pass, the student can send a copy of the score reports anytime within 30 days of the program expiration date to qualify for a refund.
Instead of a refund, students may choose to receive TTP’s Extended Support program at no additional charge.
