SBM Student workers can assist you with the following:
Photocopies, exam proctoring, Scantron grading, general projects. If you are unsure whether we can assist your request, please email sbmstu@apu.edu.
General Office Supplies are available for your utility.
Faculty mailboxes are provided in Wilden 201.
Please complete this training before the beginning of the semester (for new employees). This training counts as working hours.
Log into Kronos to upload all your hours.
Please remember required break, lunches in a 8 hour time period.
Timecards are due every two weeks.

If you are unsure of the textbook(s) assigned for the class, please contact the Chair of your program.

How to Access Grade Change Form - Faculty
Important Note:
In order to access this document, you will need to log on via your apu.edu email account. If you receive the "You need permission" message while trying to access this document:
Please click the "Switch accounts" button.
Then click the "Sign in to another account" link.
If your apu.edu account exists as an option, select it.
If not, enter your apu.edu email account (i.e xxxxxx@apu.edu). Click the "Next" button.
This should bring you to the CAS (Central Authentication Service) logon screen. Enter your APU NetID and Password.
Then choose your apu.edu email address and click "Continue".
SBM directives for permission codes:
Student will need to email both the Professor or Program Chair with the reason for the add request, including their student ID number and the specific class section they are requesting (i.e. BUSI370-02).
If approval is granted by both, the student or Professor and/or Chair will forward to Miriam Martinez (miriammartinez@apu.edu) to request the permission code.
If there are unique reasons as to why a student wants to add a class and you are unsure of approval, please contact Miriam Martinez at miriammartinez@apu.edu.

Note: Graduate and Non-Traditional finals are generally scheduled on the last regular meeting of the class.
If you need to cancel a class session, please do the following:
Email and notify your program chair.
If class is on campus, please C.C. sbmstu@apu.edu so they can place a sign on the door of your classroom.

Contracts are typically generated 2-3 weeks (to allow prep time) prior to the start of the semester. The end date of the contracts is 5 business day after grades are due.
