All members who wish to be included in AHS leadership in the next academic semester need apply to the Google Form below. Even if you are returning, you must reapply. If you are a returning member and you wish to be reassigned, you may do so in this Google Form. After you fill out the General Membership Application in the beginning of the form, choose either "Committee Member" or "Executive Member" at the bottom of that form. Should you apply for Executive membership and not be considered, you will be placed into a Committee member role if you can be placed. Should you apply to be a Committee Member and not be considered, you will still retain your General Membership provided you meet the minimum requirements. Your application is not an automatic guarantee that you will placed in a leadership role and your acceptance into a leadership role does not automatically guarantee that you will be placed in a position of your choosing. You will be placed where we believe you will be most effective and where there exists a need.
