Leadership in Accounting Honor Society provides students with the exciting opportunity to grow their professional skills in communication, planning, leadership, and many more valuable skills. There are two levels of membership for leaders in AHS: Committee Membership and Executive Membership.
Committee members are the lifeblood of AHS and work under the direction of an Executive member. They complete the tasks given to them by their Executive member and are the direct relay between students and the Executive leadership. Committee membership is also the first step to becoming an Executive Member
Executive members are the Vice Presidents and President of AHS. They typically work on planning as well as goal setting for the whole of AHS and act as the relay between the Leung School of Accounting and Accounting students. Executive members are eligible to shape the destiny of AHS as they are able to ratify and implement amendments to the Constitution. Executive members are also tasked with training their replacements so as to equip the next round of leadership for success.
