You are a teacher just trying to survive!  Teaching has become a game of survival, which sometimes means no real teaching is taking place, at least not on a consistent basis. When we hit this stage we give tons of busy work and make excuses as to why things went wrong because nothing is our fault.  Don't get stuck in the rut.  Scroll down for additional resources so you don't stay a teacher of only surviving. 

By becoming a "mastery teacher" you realize that you are responsible for what goes on in your classroom. You are realizing that teaching still requires learning on your part so you strive to improve your attitude and professional skills and are not afraid to ask for help.
