Join me in July to kickoff the 2023-2024 School Year. This years theme will be POWER HATS.  I will be Providing novice teachers Opportunities With Educational Research in an effort to Help All Teachers Succeed.  Our work this year will be centered around Charlette Danielson's' Framework Clusters.

Definitions:

Novice Teacher Year 1- A first year teacher of record with zero years of past experience. 

Novice Teacher Year 2-A second year teacher of record with one year of past experience.

Novice Teacher Year 3-A third year teacher of record with two years of past experience.

Focus:

Year 1 will focus on clusters 1,2, and 3

Year 2 will focus on clusters 4 and 5

Year 3 will focus on cluster 6 and preparation for a summative evaluation.
