So many people erroneously think that choosing pathways and electives is considered "registration" likely because they see this as "showing intent to attend Midtown." However, this is NOT the case. You will choose PATHWAYS/ELECTIVES early January - February. Registration will happen later, so it's CRITICAL that you watch your emails and check this website for dates, times, and locations. We will let you know the REGISTRATION DATES. Check with your middle school counselors as well.

STUDENTS NEW TO ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS
• CURRENT LEASE, MORTGAGE STATEMENT OR DEED
• GA POWER BILL DATED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS
* If your name is not on the lease AND GA Power statement, 3 supporting documents and notarized affidavit are required.
• VALID ID OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN
• You need to provide official "Proof of Guardianship" if you are enrolling the student and your name is different from the parent listed on the birth certificate.
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
• CURRENT IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE FORM 3231
• EAR, EYE AND DENTAL CERTIFICATE FORM 3300
• TRANSCRIPT AND BEHAVIOR REPORT FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL
STUDENTS TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER APS SCHOOL
• CURRENT LEASE, MORTGAGE STATEMENT OR DEED
• GA POWER BILL DATED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS
